FAQs

What is your turnaround time?

Our standard TAT is 3-5 business days. During the Holiday season it is usually 5-7 business days. Because we personalized our products, we do not hold orders indefinitely. If we don't hear from you after you've placed your order, we will hold it up to 1 week. If you do not approve your proof or reply to our emails, we will engrave using the font you chose when you placed your order. If you did not choose a font when you placed your order, we will use one of our standard fonts. 

Do you Rush Orders?

No. Some companies have standard designs where a name can be inserted to personalize the order, which allows for a faster TAT and production. We personalize each order (rarely are two orders similar). Because of that, we do not rush the production process...that increases the chance for mistakes. If you have a time constraint or deadline you need to meet, select Priority or Express Mail shipping which will decrease the shipping and handling time. 

Do you provide Proofs?

Yes. We do send proofs by request only. If you would like a proof of your personalization just shoot us an email after you've placed your order. We do this because the proof process extends the overall TAT. Please note, if you request a proof, the 3-5 business day TAT clock does not start until you've approved your proof.

Are there any additional fees?

Everything is included in the price listed except taxes and shipping

Do you have a minimum order limit?

Some of our products have minimum order limits. Products with minimum quantity limits will state what the limit is in the product description and on the product page.

What is your Returns Policy?

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We do not accept returns on orders in which we had to engrave without proof approval. We only hold orders up to 1 week, after that time we will engrave using your chosen font/design or our standard font/design. If you did not approve the proof or cancel your order during this time frame, these orders are not eligible for returns.

How do you handle Shipping?

We can ship to virtually any address in the world via USPS. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

I received my tracking # but notice there wasn't any movement for a couple days, why was there a delay?

We ship via USPS and our inventory system is connected to their tracking portal. First, when your order is completed, you will receive a notification from us that your order is complete and we automatically generate your tracking number. Please allow at least 48 hrs for the tracking number to be scanned into the USPS system. The email is a notification from us that your order has been completed. We still need to prepare all of the orders for shipping, which includes packing and boxing them for transit. Also, USPS picks up all of our packages once a day and they usually arrive early. So if your order was completed after they've picked up for the day, then it will be picked up the next day.

What is McAfee Identity Protection?

When you purchase from us, you are immediately eligible for McAfee's Identity Protection service free of charge. This covers you with $100,000 in complimentary identity theft insurance for 90 days after activating your coverage. You are covered regardless of where your identity was stolen online.

What happens to my Identity Protection coverage if I make repeat purchases?

There is no limit to how many times you can receive the free 90-day identity theft protection, so shop with us as much as you like. If you make a repeat purchase while covered, you can extend your coverage from the date of your most recent purchase. If you make a repeat purchase after your coverage has lapsed, you can reactivate the 90-day service.

How do I sign up for Identity Protection?

You will be sent an email directly from McAfee after your purchase. You can choose to activate the coverage at that time.

Why are you offering Identity Protection coverage?

For the record, we are NOT getting paid or receiving any benefits or commissions at all for offering this coverage. Identity Theft hit very close to home for us and it is something we feel strongly about. This is a totally complimentary service for our customers because we care.
